Made this last night with some mushroom raviolis and scallops. This is nuts on:
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 1/2 Cups heavy cream
Salt and white pepper to taste
1 dash garlic salt
3/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Very close to mine just probably half the butter. That and a lot of times I will just buy a Parmesan, Asiago and Romano blend.
