Just made meat manicotti and cheese-stuffed shells for 10 people a couple weeks ago. I love it.. and you can freeze them afterwards so they keep well.
I've made a white seafood manicotti with shrimp, crab, and lobster meat before too, with Alfredo on the top. Damn it is rich.. but good.
