Look, I think Alex is a good QB, specifically when it comes to being a game manager. But game managers don't win Super Bowls without an amazing defense and/or run game. Too many things have to go right for Smith to take a team any further than the divisional round.

But you do understand that most of the SB winners in this decade have won behind a top 5 defense. You know, one that doesn't rank in the bottom 10 in run defense. Right? Right?
