Werewolf By Night (A Marvel Studios Special Presentation)

Just came out on Disney+ today.

Honestly might've enjoyed this more than anything else in the MCU since Endgame.

Had a chance to watch this tonight. I thought it was actually really well done for what they were going for. Very different MCU stuff. Super monster vibe. But I think this has a better chance to inspire more Marvel Horror stuff than Morbius for sure. Some really cool scenes. I look forward to more of this.

Really like the interesting tone they are setting...

Got around to watching this. You have to be in the right mood and go in with certain expectations, or at least that was true for me. The first time I started it I was really tired from working a long shift and passed out...hard. So it gave me some really good sleep. But the 2nd time I was more awake and it reminded me a lot of those old classic black-and-white monster/occult movies of the 30's/40's/50's and I got into it from that perspective. So if you remember those from watching TV as a kid or you've seen them somewhere online then think of it as a modernized version of that and you'll enjoy it.

Hah. I did not see this review before I posted a few minutes ago.

Not only did I get the old school monster vibes from this, it had a Robert Rodriguez feel to it as well.

Yeah, it was good enough but very short. Are there plans to do more of this monster stuff with these particular characters?

not super comic accurate w/ her looks but Elsa Bloodstone is a complete badass! Tight orange spandex, two shotguns was her thing in the comics. One of my favorites! Enjoyed TF out of that - too bad it's so short-lived.

I believe I read that she will be getting her own special presentation, along with Man-Thing.
