He taught us to spray Crisco on our satellite dishes so that the snow doesn’t accumulate on it.

RIP noob.

I say we share our best (or worst) encounters with Skip, and then, only once this thread reached 100 posts, move it. :)

Already said RIP in another thread, but it goes without saying it again, RIP Skip. We always got along well since both fellow KU grads.

100 post? What the hell, "Shut Up n00b ".

No way should we limit this when we can express our feelings to the many Skip moments on CP.

Sorry for the unintentional downvote. Scrolling on my cell and fat-fingered it.

We've done it from time to time. I personally don't see any harm by it, especially since he hasn't been around for years.

In this case, it won't hurt.

Younger than I would have assumed at 77 year old. 18 years ago I felt like he was 77. LMAO

I was always on the right side of the fence (KU fan) with Skip, so I never had issues with him. Think he called me a n00b a few times, but that was it.

Ahh, Coffeyville CC. My son played his first two years of colege ball there. The bowling alley in Coffeyville has $1.25 draws and killer food.
