I’m glad to see this. He’s not great, no 3rd tackle is, but he’ll be halfway competent if needed unlike Erving was.

Erving isn’t even a tackle and we had to force him in there. Remmers has started a lot of games there.

We needed a swing tackle. This guy is better than Erving at it.

Only thing I know about this guy is that he got his ass murdered by Von Miller in the SB in 2015

Maybe based on experience Remmers gets the nod at Tackle, but prepare to be disappointed if he sees time....

Probably trying to figure out how he can fit under the cap. Another move has to be coming. We were 3.8 mil under before Henne, Hamilton and now Remmers signings

What team isn’t whenever a 3rd tackle has to play? There’s usually 1, maybe 2 teams with that kind of depth there.

He’s been a starter at tackle for several years now, he’ll be a very solid backup.

Bad information. He got $2.5m from NYG last year on a 1-year deal.

Giants are my 2nd favourite team (embarrassed to admit lately) and I watch them a lot. Remmers has really dropped off is all I will say.

I won’t say you’re wrong, I haven’t watched enough. But he’ll look better here in front of Mahomes for certain.

He’s the type of swing tackle you want ideally. Cheap with tons of experience starting.

Why did we pick up Pennel when he was “too out of shape” to make an opening day roster at the start of 2019?

Why did we pick up Wisniewski when he got cut as a back-up from Philly?

Sometimes bad teams are bad in part because they’re bad at developing talent.

Patrick Mahomes will soon take up somewhere around 20-25% of the Chiefs salary cap and since they'll need to retain other stars, the Chiefs won't be able to pay Top Tier money for backups and depth.

1 year Vet Minimum deals will become more commonplace in the forthcoming years and IMO, it's silly to get worked up over this new reality.

Chiefs get a Rem Job.

Veach knows how to spot talent.

Andy knows how to coach up talent.

Mahomes makes everyone better.

Lots of these 1 year deals will yield us comp picks after they sign deals after they leave KC, too.

Veach is big on building the bottom of the roster too. No reason to get worked up. This guy is depth that will play in case of injury.

Remmers got off to a bit of a shaky start, but then I thought he played pretty well the rest of the way. Line looked much better than last week's abomination.
