I think they're playing Fitz because they're tanking and don't want to ruin Rosen. I think their plan is to sit him this year, rebuild the line and start him next year.

He’ll play at some point this season. They have to see what they have in him prior to making the first pick in next year’s draft.

I think this is true but also if they manage to get the #1 pick they'll take Tua. I still think Rosen can be something but I bet they'll keep both options open.

Then again I also think they'll play him more and see what they have.
