23' Training Camp
My wife and I are thinking about going to training camp with our triplets this year. Was wondering if anyone had any advice? Also I am in a wheelchair if thatll be a challenge or not. Thanks

I’ve been each of the last few years.
It’s a lot of fun. Best advice I can give is get there as early as you can. Wait too long and you get caught in the long line of people waiting to go in. I don’t recall there being any stairs to navigate or anything, so I don’t think being in a wheelchair will be a problem for you. May be some tight squeezes in some walkways but I think you’ll be fine. Definitely go. It’s a fun morning. |

Actually being in a chair will probably allow some favorable accommodations. I would check with the Chiefs office as they may have some handicapped tickets as an option. I have been going since 2017 and no major stairs. It may be harder to get to the West field as I don't think sidewalks go all the way around, and the other side is a hill, but they may allow you in the private fenced in area overlooking that field?

Bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and hats. It's hot AF out there. But it is fun.

I think you can stay at St Joseph band camp. Kids seem to create memories at those
