I'm assuming they would. Family Guy and South Park are way more "offensive" than Beavis and Butthead were. Not really many lines they could cross on prime time television anymore.

I remember the day they actually played VIDEOS!!!

This is my all time favorite episode, when they decided they needed beards to pick up chicks. They cut their hair and glued it to their face. I still occasionally pull out a "Caution...words, words, words" from when Butthead was reading the warning label. My wife just rolls her eyes.
