Hard to get jazzed about a project when trying to 3-peat but they have enough picks to afford it. Won't fault them for doing it.

Sassy Squatch 04-26-2024 07:27 PM

Had top 30 visits with 3 OTs. Caeden Wallace and Travis Glover. This is probably who we've been zeroed in on the whole time.

Do you think Veach is just a ****ing moron who wants to burn draft capital to move up a spot? Or do you think they had a guy they wanted but genuinely worried might slip through their hands by one pick for any number of reasons?

Did we see enough from Morris to even trust him for half a season until Kingsley is ready?

40. Kingsley Suamataia, OT, BYU (6-4, 326)
Suamataia is still very young and lacks refinement in several areas, but his blend of size, mobility and core power are the foundation of a scheme-diverse NFL starter. He will require a patient coaching staff who can ease his transition to the pro level.

I had him and Jordan Morgan as my targets at 32 for OT. Getting him here is absurd, and wouldn’t happen in most drafts. You legitimately had 8-9 first round caliber tackles.

Everything just seems too easy. We’re going for a 3-peat and our two weakest positions happen to be the deepest in years and we land two potential day one starters at those spots. I almost feel like I’m playing Madden, it should not be this simple!

Serious question; what made you post this?

Do you not think Mahomes is worth half a billion? Have you watched the sport of football? ;-)

I think he just likes the way Veach puts teams around him who help him win 3 Super Bowls in his first 7 years. That’s not… a normal thing that happens and takes a lot more than #15. If you don’t believe me, ask Josh Allen and Joe Burrow.
