Have fun being mediocre in new england

Lol, they better hope BoB is really good at scheming receivers open.
|
Dang. Would’ve like to retain JuJu, but nonetheless, [emoji3577][emoji3577]
|
I would think the Hopkins trade is coming pretty soon now
|
Figured he was gone after his recent shenanigans anyways. Not surprising here.
|
He just took back to back 1 year deals, this has to be about them offering the most money. With his knee he has to get his bag now.

Hope he got a big payday cause I don't know how big a market he'll have after playing with Mac Jones. (Or insert whatever replacement they come up with.)
|
Good for him. Glad he was able to parlay his one season here into, hopefully, more $$$.
That only helps the Chiefs. We get to move on and find a better talent, he gets to get paid, Chiefs get to say, "see, it works". Win for all. |

I wonder if there's any chance we re-sign Hardman.
|
Oh well. KC will be just fine.

A little shocked the Chiefs weren't willing to go to 11 million a year. They must have something else in the works. |

Hopkins MVS Toney Hardman Moore Mingo heh. A guy can dream. |

Thanks for the memories. And now that you’re a Cheatriot, **** off.
|
How's JuJu going to handle the whole Patriot Way no personality stuff?
Grateful for his contributions! |

My only reaction to this is "well, this just means the Chiefs are going to be even more aggressive at the WR position, now". |
Thanks for the SB. good luck catching Mac Jones passes and being in last place.
|
He can teach them all about the Chief Way and bring a championship mentality to their struggling organization
|
I don't see Hardman coming back, you should be able to get a guy that can do what he does much cheaper.
|
I think there’s a legit chance the Chiefs draft a WR at 31 or a bit higher with a trade up. Not a great chance, but a possibility.

I kinda expected he was gone. The knee, big mouth, limited upside.
I’m almost certain Mecole will be back on a 1 year deal for 12m. Mostly in not likely to be earned incentives that won’t count against the cap this year, but that he will earn and hit free agency next year with a huge bump to the cap and a robust market. I’m totally fine with Juju moving on. |

I'd draft a DE or DT and trade for Hopkins. It just seems to make the most sense. |

12 mil for Hardman? No way.
Maybe 4. |

Or they'll make a move for a WR already under contract somewhere. |
Figured he'd get more.
Thanks for everything. Kick all those Brother****ing Cheatriot ****bags in the nutsack, will ya? |
Good for him. If anybody needs a pay day, it is him.
I hope we can get Hopkins. |
I wonder if Veach was worried about that knee holding up over the next few years
|
Hopkins yall
Also secure that bag, Juju. Happy for you, Super Bowl winner. |

I don't see 5 WRs going in the 1st. |
I'd rather give JJSS deal to Hardman than to actually give it to JJSS
|

Hoping for a much better time |

It's probably going to be DHop, btw. Just hope it's not a 2 or higher.
|
So now that he's gone we can all agree he wasn't shit, right?
'Cause he ain't shit. |
I’m glad we had him. But also glad to move on. We can and will do better.

Lot more of those lowlights than highlights. Hit the bricks Hardman. Guy had 4 years in the system and still didn't know his asshole from his elbow. |
Can we sign Michael Irvin?

Not talked about much, but he was also a stabilizing influence on the team and a pro on the field and as a teammate, as far as I can tell, and all of that isn't nothing. And Pat trusted him, which tells you a lot about JuJu's importance on the team. |
PB happy the chiefs got rid of two ju’s

Zero chance the Cardinals get a 2 for Hopkins after the Ramsey trade.

MVS did his usual "Uhp... 50% of the time I'm juuuuuuust out of reach. Sorry." bullshit he did in Green Bay. If we were going to go efficient, we needed a guy to be there accurately each and every time, and we needed somebody with good hands. Juju was that. If I could take last season's Juju or any singular season of Sammy Watkins' time with KC, I'd take Juju in a second. He served a purpose. I'm not going to shit on him for that. |
Flowers at 31 would be close to ideal.
|
Quote:
It can be a bit deceiving though. Most of his "tape" he's getting free releases and running head starts at guys. So yeah, his 40 time in particular matters. And it would be an absolute shock if he ran slower at his pro day than the combine. I mean, that practically never happens. So if it did, that'd be a disaster for his stock. |
I know people don’t love it but I still wouldn’t be opposed to bringing in a bandaid if it means aggressively looking for a replacement. That’s why DHop (if not for the draft pick) is ideal and people need to get over the price tag. And why you can’t rule out guys like DJ chark, Corey Davis, Allen Robinson, etc… or even an adam thielen. These aren’t guys who you build around. Even the injury risk isn’t crippling since we can take chances on that other teams can’t. they’re just there to fill up space until you can find someone better.
But if we go that route we have got to do a better job finding young talent. We’ve done great at finding role players but we’ve got to land a true WR1 via the draft |
The great thing about this is that the Patriots were considering trading for Jerry Jeudy. If they have Juju this much it might have made that decision to not do it and **** Denver over LMAO
