Hello TJ Hockenson/Noah Fant.

Respect Gronk!
|
Pats lost Dwayne Allen as well
|
Medically he made the right decision. Go okd for him, maybe he won't need a cane to walk when he's 35.

First, **** Gronk.
Second, gotta give the man some respect. Everyone wrote him off as dead and if he didn't exist we probably win the Super Bowl and Chiefs fans probably still like Eric Berry. Third, **** Gronk. |
Now if only Tom Brady would **** off.

You can now bank on the Pats trading up to select one of the Iowa TEs. Brian Ferentz, Iowa’s OC coached TEs in NE.
|
I wonder if he will actually stay retired. Camp starts and Brady calls begging for one more year or right at playoff time they get him back.
|
I remember how he was upset by seeing his body language, at Arrowhead when we say '& the home of the CHUEFS!!!'
Yeah eat a boner you cock bag! |
Gronk to WWE next

Can a player unretire in December and play that year?

Next stop Canton....
Thanks for the memories Gronk! |
somewhere, EB is still chasing Gronk...
|
EB29 still the slowest in the NFL
|
The most dominant tight end ever at his peak. So much potential unrealized due to his injuries. What a loss!
|
Cook is still out there? Bill is going to get him and over pay. Brady can't throw the ball down field well enough any more. He needs a jump ball TE.
|
Great news for Jared Cook. Gonna get paid now!!

Lol at the BDB jokes.

Always fun watching Gronk dominate. Except against us of course.
Good Luck Mr. Gronk |
Well, I think we can all agree that it will be a glorious day when Gronk's CTE comes home to roost. **** off Pats scum. Hope your retirement is short and painful.
|
Is it too late to trade them Aaron Hernandez for a 3rd this year? :hmmm:

And stay out.
Above average tight end who couldn't stay healthy. He and Berry will have their jerseys inducted together into the Athletic Trainers' Hall of Fame. |
Gronkowski announces retirement
They got a draft pick to replace him.

Gym, tan, laundry . . Just no football. Goodbye meathead.
|
Gronk is a stupid meat head that should have been disciplined more than once for rude behavior.
|
Wouldn't surprise me if this is all bs. He can't run fir shit but for a few games. He retires then unretires for the playoffs.
|
Is he going on to med school? Seems pretty smart😊😊

Excellent! Hopefully the beginning of the end for the Pats. Sick of this dynasty shit!

Gronk looked really old last season. Smart move.

Well, bye bye Douchebag. I guess scummy NE fans have excuses now when the Raiders knock them out of the playoffs next year. #NEDynastyOver #RaiderDynastyStarting #LVRaiders5Rings #CarrNeverKissedHisSonOnTheLips

He's probably going down to Florida for a complimentary Kraftie on Backrub Bob...

You really think he was going to be the best ever with those dropped passes? |

Saints had better just give Cook what he wants because Bill is about to do it.
|
He'd be a fine replacement for Witten at ESPN.
|
That's $9m of cap space for Belichick to play with.
|
Pats aren't getting a TE at 32. Not happening LMAO ROFL LMAO
|
Really smart move going out on top and avoiding a crippling injury.
3 Super Bowls at 29, a great saver of money and hot women. Not too shabby. I'm sure he'll have endorsements or other opportunities. Probably HOF as well. |

Much respect.
He’s the only TE I’d take over Tony G in their primes. |

I'm just sorry Eric Berry didn't take him out for his final!

Still waiting for the Malcolm Mitchell retires thread.............

God **** the Cheatriot with the goddamned Alaskan Pipeline, then the universe can get started on karmic justice. That being said, I wish it was us. Belicheat is the best coach that has ever lived. Brady is the perfect fit with him and the incredible luck that has accompanied their run deserves karmic justice as only the universe can extol. But I still with it was us.
As far as Gronk goes, he's a colossal bro-douche, but he obviously worked at his craft and put up with Brady and Belichicks environment which is notoriously toxic to non-robots. He deserves credit for that. I've also read at one point that he hadn't spent salary dollars, only signing bonuses. If he's done that, he's far less dumb than he lets on. At least had a moment of clarity to hire a decent handler. So my position is that I can do both. I can respect what he is and did in the NFL. I can also yearn for everything Cheatriot to burn. |
When you're all done jerking off with joy, remember that the Patriots beat the Falcons without Gronkowski that year. And against the Seahawks Gronk did finish second to Edelman's 109 yards with 68, but he was also only 4 yards better than Shane "who?" Vereen's 64. Oh, yeah, and they also won 3 SBs ten years earlier when Gronk was on the playground. Only two people matter, Belichick and Brady. And honestly I think Belichick matters more, given we went 11-5 with your favorite ex-Chiefs QB at the helm.
And at least Gronk retired enough for them to snag a TE in the draft. With a 1, two 2s, and three 3s, the Pats are still positioned to fill some holes (TE, pass rusher, developmental QB). So, yeah, **** off. :) |

From Peter King on Gronk:
More than anything, Gronkowski was there when his team needed him. This year, New England milked him through the middle part of the season, but he played all 169 offensive snaps in two tight games—the AFC title game (97) and the Super Bowl (72). On the 81st New England snap of the title game, Gronkowski beat Eric Berry for a 25-yard completion to set up the go-ahead touchdown in the final minute of the fourth quarter. On the 94th snap, and on perhaps the biggest third-down conversion of his career, Gronkowski beat Eric Berry for a 15-yard pass to set up the winning score in overtime. On the 60th offensive play of the Super Bowl, in a 3-3 duel with the Rams, he went 29 yards down the seam to catch a Tom Brady pass, setting up the winning touchdown In other words, **** you Eric Berry!!! |
HoboSpirit29 should take the hint.
|
Big blow. Gronk was the greatest TE I've ever seen, and a hell of a lot of fun to watch.
Pats receiving corps is now Edelman, Larry, Moe and Curly. Not pretty. Long way to go yet, though and we'll see how it shakes out in the long run. I still think the Pats win the SB in 2011 if Gronk was healthy. :shake: |
