Awww...how cute. They should hold hands and skip as they enter the stadium.

KCrockaholic 11-22-2010 05:36 PM

pillowbiters. If this was their division then why did they let KC and Oakland rip them a new asshole?

kysirsoze 11-22-2010 05:37 PM

Typo. I think they meant "was."

KCUnited 11-22-2010 05:39 PM

That's a chastity bracelet on Rivers.

Mr_Tomahawk 11-22-2010 05:43 PM

Hooray unity!

Reerun_KC 11-22-2010 05:43 PM

Going to be a pain in our ass the rest of the season. With us pissing down our leg in Oakland and the defense licking the taint of tebow and Orton. We pretty much have to 5-1 to keep the division. Damn thoses losses piss me off.

BigMeatballDave 11-22-2010 05:57 PM

Hopefully Denver takes care of them tonight. I expected Rivers to shredd that Houston D when they played. Denvers D isnt quite as bad.

I'm expecting a barn burner, though. 41-38

Gadzooks 11-22-2010 06:01 PM

Charger power activate!

So what would make that different from any other day?

CaliforniaChief 11-22-2010 06:07 PM

I will be shocked (but pleased) if Denver wins tonight. However, I would also be more concerned about the Vengeance Bowl in 2 weeks if Denver wins, too.

Hold on, Rivers has been using the vibrator, they have to go out and buy another battery and some KY.

Bane 11-22-2010 06:37 PM

What they're not reporting is that they had them shipped from KANSAS CITY.

Rain Man 11-22-2010 06:40 PM

I think they're all going to dress alike tonight, too. They've been texting each other all through social studies and home ec.

DBOSHO 11-22-2010 06:42 PM

Thats weird, because by my count, they are 4-5

Gracie Dean 11-22-2010 06:42 PM

Yeah I'm not liking having to root for the Donks at all!:cuss:

PunkinDrublic 11-22-2010 07:25 PM

Remember you're not rooting for the donks, you're rooting for the Chargers to lose. There is a difference. We want the divisional foes to beat each other up because it's the best chance we have to win the title.

Ebolapox 11-22-2010 07:30 PM

yeah, this doesn't feel premature at ALL.

Hydrae 11-22-2010 07:32 PM

I really don't remember wanting a meteor to hit the stadium more than tonight. I know it is best for the Browncows to win but...but...ouch.

KCSupersized 11-22-2010 07:33 PM

I would think these motivational tactics are better served at the collegiate level.

Simply Red 11-22-2010 07:36 PM

That's cool, THEY are claiming that, it's the Chiefs job to prove them wrong. It's not like it is some sore of national FACT or Stat, they're claiming it, the Chiefs must punk them out, and make them look like chumps. It's their duty, as is it's the Chargers duty to back that shit up.

Time will tell....

After #CTESPN Breaking News yesterday The Chargers to pick a QB went from +25000 to +900 Swings like that don’t happen unless there is some real speculation

cmh6476 04-24-2024 08:17 PM

They also haven't won the division since they wore those dumb bracelets in case you were wondering.

Rainbarrel 04-24-2024 08:19 PM

The Broncos forgot antifreeze for their fax machine. Chargers to win the off-season

Pasta Little Brioni 04-25-2024 06:24 AM

How the **** do you lose a division to Matt Cassel and Todd Haley lulz

RedinTexas 04-25-2024 06:30 AM

If the Chargers trade Herbert so that they can draft McCarthy it will be the dumbest QB trade in the NFL since the Chargers traded Drew Brees.

scho63 04-25-2024 06:36 AM

Not sure if I believe any rumor from Antonio Brown, especially one that involves the Chargers trading one of the better QBs in the NFL. That said, it would be glorious to send the 2nd best QB in the division to the NFC for a kid who doesn't look like he'll be half as good.

Although Herbert is overhyped far too much, he is still better than anyone the Chargers will be in a position to draft. Would love for them to trade him and draft JJ “Mac Jones” McCarthy.

InChiefsHeaven 04-25-2024 06:56 AM

Technically, they are in the division, so you could say it's their division. Like if someone said "Hey Chargers, what is your division?" They would be like "The AFC West". So maybe they mean it that way...

:p

His dead cap is like 129 million, don't see it

I find this hilarious. If memory serves, this was the year that the Chargers had the #1 offense and the #1 defense and the Chiefs still won the division....with Matt Cassel. LMAOLMAOLMAO

Sofa King 04-25-2024 08:23 AM

I love the idea of trading Herbert if I'm a Chargers fan. He's overhyped, has a losing record WITH weapons and is ungodly expensive. They get a huge haul for him, they should take it. It's the only way to rebuild entirely.

Rich Eisen brought up the idea of trading Herbert yesterday while talking with Tom Pelissero. It was kind of a joke. I guess someone ran with it and it became a thing.

Didn't he call russ to pit?

morphius 04-25-2024 09:35 AM

Well, to be fair they always seem to be preseason champs, so they might as well wear them when they are at their best, and not actually on the field...

This. There isn't a QB in this draft that can beat Mahomes.

el borracho 04-25-2024 05:54 PM

It's always their division 'til September, lol.

ChiefsFanatic 04-27-2024 05:44 PM

It's a good thing that we are stacked in the defensive backfield, because the Chargers added some very good receivers. Their late round pick, Cornelius Johnson, is someone I was hoping to get as an UDFA.
