Reports: OBJ (being shopped) & Allen Robinson (requested trade)
Two big name and expensive WR's may be moving to new teams.
OBJ <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">The <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Browns?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#Browns</a> should let Odell Beckham Jr. seek a trade if they remain committed to Baker Mayfield, and one report says they're already shopping him <a href="https://t.co/avLrfbne5v">https://t.co/avLrfbne5v</a></p>— Mary Kay Cabot (@MaryKayCabot) <a href="https://twitter.com/MaryKayCabot/status/1305938034207191040?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">September 15, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> Allen Robinson <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Report: Allen Robinson asks Bears to trade him <a href="https://t.co/cTsAJCojWG">https://t.co/cTsAJCojWG</a></p>— ProFootballTalk (@ProFootballTalk) <a href="https://twitter.com/ProFootballTalk/status/1305967326911758341?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">September 15, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> |
One of them will end up with the Ravens.

Mayfield is the one they should be getting rid of

People like to bash OBJ and, sure, he's a ****ing headcase. But the dude has 5 relatively full seasons (at least 12 games played) out of 6, and in all of those seasons he went over 1000 yards. I don't know what his contract status is and how tradeable he actually is but I'd love to see the Pats give him a shot if it's affordable. Right now their offensive pass-catching weapons are pee-wee league, and OBJ would give them a legitimate receiver to take some pressure out of the run box.

CHIEFS WILL GET BOTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OBJ to the Packers makes way to much sense...so they won't do it.
|
Bill O'Brien is pissed that he's all out of draft picks
|
Wouldn't be surprised if San Fran reaches out here (if they can make the $ work). They were missing Emmanuel badly last week and that division is going to be a constant heavyweight fight this year.
I actually just kind of want this to happen. The NFCW has been a full arms race since last year, where SF added Sanders, the Rams added Ramsey and so forth. In the offseason the Cards added Hopkins (then SEA with Adams). There is ridiculous big name talent in that division and I hope the arms race continues. |

So I didn't see it because I haven't been here much the last few weeks but did the whole OBJ liking to be shit on by women story that hit twitter last week get posted here?
|
I don't think OBJ is very good
He had one highlight reel catch that didn't amount to shit (I'm not even sure his team won the game that he made the catch in) |

and that's basically my opinion of OBJ He eeks out one personal highlight and the team he played for loses no thanks |
I could see the 49ers going after one of them.
|
They should just trade with each other and maybe both can be happy.
Robinson to Cleveland OBJ to Chicago. |

Dude's a top 10 WR. Take his personality out of it. Like I said, 5 seasons of 12+ games, 5 seasons over 1000 yards. That's not accidental. I'm not saying he's the second coming of Jerry Rice, but "not very good" is crazy. Overpriced? Sure. Overrated? Not as much as he used to be. He's top 10, not #1. But he's pretty good. I'd like to see what he looks like with a decent QB. |
He will be in Tampa. He is gay for Brady.
|
Maybe Seattle.

If there were any justice in the universe, Allen Robinson would go to the Packers. It's too bad intra-division trades are so hard to pull off.

Dude puts up numbers (when healthy) and his QB's have been Bortles and Trubisky. Imagine what he'd do with a good QB. |
Imagine having Allen Robinson here.....
For the 11 personell... Hill Watkins Allen Robinson Kelce CEH Yeah, you ain't defending shit there. As for OBJ, hard pass. |

Still, it's just fun to imagine it. Even on a 00 personnel, that's 3 legit WR's on the field. |
I don't see Mayfield in Cleveland next year (or whenever his 1st contract runs out).
|
OBJ is a cancer
i'd take Robinson though. We won't do anything, we are standing pat. For some reason we think we are already good enough to beat everyone. The downfall of Super Bowl winners every year. |

OBJ "is a cancer" cause he's been on shit holes. Trade him to Aaron Rodgers and get back to me on that.

Sammy is a much better fit in this offense. |
OBJ as a pure receiver is an amazing talent, but he's so damned flaky. If I were Veach I just don't think his weirdness could be overlooked. He's basically the definition of 'prima dona.'

I watched some of the Cleveland game Sunday (as I watched baker destroy my OBJ fantasy pick)
Baker is awful. Like trubisky awful or worse. OBJs body language was awful.....3 quarters into the first game of the season. I remember thinking my only hope for fantasy production is a trade.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

OBJ had a horrific drop on 3rd down that was D-Rob-ish and killed a drive. No excuse for that. That Browns team looked just as lost as the score indicated. |

The fact that both of the teams he's been on seemingly can't/couldn't wait to get rid of him, mixed with the fact that the he mopes around like a bitch and gives zero effort when he's not the focal point of the offense leads me to believe that he's probably not very well liked in the locker room. He'd be a soft bitch no matter who is QB is, so that's not an excuse. Looked to me like he just stopped trying after one quarter in Sunday's game against the Ravens. |
Once Baker threw that first interception on Sunday his confidence was totally gone. It's not a coincidence that the two int machines from last season (Baker and Rivers) were guilty of the same mistakes once again. And keep on eye on Brady too!!..the old man has thrown THREE pick sixes THREE games in a row now.

Have we signed these pieces of shit yet?

Allen Robinson would be a beast with a good QB. He might be the best receiver no one really pays attention to.

To borrow a very overused phrase, OBJ is a cancer.

SF
GB NE BAL SEA HOU These are the teams that come to mind, any others? |
Also, with regards to OBJ, it’s amazing how quick the shine comes off Dorsey when he’s gone from a place. I mean, I’ll always defend the good stuff he did, especially that first year but damn I’m glad Veach is our guy.
