The hype wasn’t his fault. What was he supposed to do? Be less athletic in high school?

True enough. He's been billed a superstar in Canada since he was like 14-15 years old. That's a lot to handle. It's a good story for him if it happens on Thursday.

Another disappearing act in a 4th quarter from him and the rest. They're gonna regret that game 4 collapse for the rest of their careers, I bet.

Yep he’s just soft as they get. Those airballs should stick with him into the next game. No confidence

Oh come on. It's Lebron and it's not particularly close.

Curry will be firmly #2 after this ring and Finals MVP though.

lebron's legacy is going in the shitter

because lebron never had a bad finals game

That's a pretty rare phenomenon if you look at his career. Also, in those bad games, he wasn't targeted on literally every possession defensively for the entire game as Curry is.

Why haven’t you posted this yet?

“LeBron is a terrible GM and teammate, which is why he traded Andrew Wiggins. He can’t build a team and develop the talent like Curry.”

Can we at least agree Draymond is the most over hyped player of his generation? He keeps piling up those triple singles.

Nah, I hate the guy, but he was an great defender for a pretty significant portion of his career. He's not that guy anymore, but he's also 32 (an age when most NBA players that aren't physical freaks decline).

I'd rather have a guy like Reggie Miller than Steph Curry

He has always been over rated in part because of who he plays for and his antics. It's a joke he would even be considered for the HOF with career numbers of 8--7-5. Let's not pretend like he is Mutombo here either. He backed ass into the perfect situation or hardly anyone would know who he is that isn't a die hard NBA fan.

What is he talking about? LeBron has had some ridiculously stacked teams lose in the finals. LeBron before he took his talents to Miami?

How about LeBron hasn't won a title without a KU player, or did he finally get that one done in LA?

ThaVirus 06-14-2022 06:36 AM

I turned the game off last night after the Warriors only managed to score 4 points in the 3rd quarter. Glad to see that they still pulled out the win.

I'm also shocked to see Steph can tie Lebron's championship wins if the Dubs take this one. That's surprising for some reason.
