Has he like publicly said he is not going to play? Seems he likes to let a lot of other people speculate about what he is going to do and really he has not said anything. Almost like he wants everyone to like him, not want to appear to be the bad guy and not hurt his Jeopardy chances. But if you reached the conclusion of not playing... seems like it is time to go public.

Green Bay has totally misread this entire situation. He made them aware very early in the offseason he wanted out and there still isn't a resolution. If the situation was fixable it would've already been fixed. Rodgers has already forgone a $500k workout bonus, he's in this for the long haul.
