When was the last time we paid a defensive player big money and got a positive ROI?

Tag and trade Jones, extend Ward and Ogbah, have some money left over for a value corner or RB and use that extra high pick to get a LB early in the draft.

We need to start flooding this team with good competent value players instead of 1 very talented player.

Too much risk.

I'm tend to agree with this kind of thinking. Been burned way too much.

Run downhill - good.

Read and react - bad.

All our LBs should apparently just start sprinting towards their gap at the snap. No reading or reacting to anything the offense does. That only gets you in trouble.

If at any time during your blind charge you feel contact with the ball carrier, try to make a tackle. Note: you will know the ball carrier because he will only put one or zero hands on you.

We had a CB that had tons of them, but we let him go because he knelt for the national anthem, didn't wear socks once, and sucked at tackling a few times.
