This is why it was so dumb people were freaking out about Kansas missing recruits in the front court. It has nothing to do with the NCAA stuff. It's the fact that we could have tons of playing time or none at all and there isn't any way to know so why would a top 10 recruit come here? And look what has happened. Now it's entirely possible our front court is Doke, Mac, Lightfoot, and De Sousa for this season. It would be pretty tough for someone else to get PT, and that's probably a top 5 front court this year.

Im happy Doke is back....but I’m not relying on him to play a full season. He’s missed time with 4 injuries in 3 seasons (including 2 season ending injuries).

There is always freaking out when missing on recruits. But I don't think this year it was necessarily unwarranted. This team was in shambles at the end of last year, and hasn't added...much of anything (regardless of the good news about Doke).
