Saw this... kinda crazy.

HOU gives GB / 22 R1, 22 R2, 22 R4, 23 R1
HOU gets Rodgers and 22 R3
--
DEN gives GB D Lock, CB Ojemudia
DEN gives HOU 22 R1, 22 R3, 23 R1, Tim Patrick
DEN gets D Watson

GB gets 22 R1, 22 R2, 22 R4, 23 R1, D Lock, CV Ojemudia
HOU gets Rodgers, 22 R1, 22 R3, 23 R1, Tim Patrick
DEN gets D Watson

Packers get their haul - 4 picks (2 R1) and 2 players
Houston gets Rodgers and picks back from Denver that they gave up for Rodgers.
Denver gets Watson.

Yikes

And skipping out on getting multiple picks/players. Kind of cutting off their noses to spite their face.

That's what I was thinking. If I'm Green Bay, I'm trading him while his stock is higher. Punishing him by doing nothing isn't helping the franchise moving forward. Him sitting creates a further distraction around the team.

I guess there is bargaining power since there's several teams that want him. But if nobody offers three first round picks, it'd be stupid for the Packers to just say no deal and sit him the entire season.

Umm they’d still have his rights. They could just as easily trade him next offseason which might be better considering they wouldn’t likely be getting late 1st round picks back like they would if they traded him now.

So you think they'd get more when he's a year older and hasn't played football in a year?

“More” in terms of quantity? I don’t know.

A better 1st round pick? Absolutely.

He’s old as **** either way so I really don’t see the difference a year will make.

They could’ve had the 3rd overall pick this year. If they trade him for a couple 1st rounders now they’re pretty much guaranteed to be at the end of round 1.

O.city 05-06-2021 04:03 PM

IF they were gonna trade him, you have to do it last week before the draft so you know the first pick atleast. Now you will do what Oakland did with Mack and end up with shitty picks.

Is A Rodg going to speak up or just keep loyal Pack fans hanging. What a shit show.

This is definitely a black mark on Rodgers career. Hopefully, GB makes an example out of this whiney bitch.

**** the Packers and their asshole fans.

Rodgers has every right to be ****ing pissed off.

He took the team to the NFC Championship two years in a row and the front office rewarded him by drafting a QB in the first round.

I hope Rodgers leaves and the Packers suck for eternity, like the Raiders.

The Chiefs have an issue with offensive line and what does Veach do? Sign three Pro Bowlers and draft a potential Pro Bowler center.

The Packers fall short of the Super Bowl and what does their GM do? Draft a QB.

This.

If it wasn't for Rodgers, Packers would be looked at as one of the worst ran teams of the last decade.

What he did was pretend to break a story that wasn't "breaking news" making it a ratings thing for ESPN. It was overblown and caused a stir in the NFL and the worst part is that's all we heard about between draft picks and oh is this team or that team going to trade for Aaron Rodgers when it should have been a day about draft prospects. Pretty bogus thing to do imo. A A ron didn't say anything so everyone was left to speculations and drama drama drama.

Saw a Tweet- GB trades Carr to pack for AR and a first round pick.

But nothing else anywhere...So I refuse to post it here.

Just dont see it happening anyway
