Seems the Ravens were willing to go over and he was still like, nah.

Sometimes a player makes a stupid ass choice and that's what happened here.

If you are a receiver I can totally understand why you would avoid the Ravens like the plague

KC Hawks 03-19-2021 12:13 PM

Antonio Brown is available... :)

At this point I think Lamar Jackson might be preferable over Ben's old corpse ass.

Do you think 1 year $10 would have been an overpay?

Nope. Now go look at what the Ravens offered him. He wouldn’t have taken $10 from us either.

Apparently the entire NFL does based on his market.

Do you know for a fact that it would have gotten it done?

So is Josh Gordon, he can even bring his current teammate Johnny Football over to be Mahomes backup :p

Why should the Chiefs overpay? No need to.

JuJu is more of a slot. We had a price, he didn't want it. Next.

9 mil from a team that throws the least amount of times in the league is different from 10 mil from one of the teams that throws the most.

So you’re pretending to know what JuJu was thinking....

It’s pretty obvious that it would’ve taken a significant difference to get JuJu to leave his comfort zone where he knows the offense and feels he has a better shot for next years market.

No maybe it wouldn't. But telling a player that they're 100% guaranteed to get $2mil more by coming here is a significantly better selling point than telling them they might get $3 more mil coming here.

Don't you think?

Of course more guaranteed money is better than incentives. Who is arguing against that?

You are saying the Chiefs should’ve offered more. They didn’t. Deal with it. You didn’t get your boy JuJu, so you’re playing armchair GM telling us “well I would’ve guaranteed it all” when we don’t even know if it would’ve made a difference. It’s futile and just your way of deflecting from the fact that the Chiefs offered more than Pitt and still didn’t get him, so you can try and put the blame on the Chiefs too. That’s on JuJu, not Veach.

TribalElder 03-19-2021 12:42 PM

JuJu would have been a disaster

**** that guy

I don't need some shithead dancing on logos for tiktok fame

****ing pillowbiter

NEXT

TribalElder 03-19-2021 12:45 PM

JuJu was probably afraid snoop dogg wouldn't be a fan of his next team
