Taysom Hill has quite the imagination if he thinks he can be a good QB in this league.

He turns 30 in a few months, too.

You know what? I'm gonna command $30M too.

I have as much chance as Bridgewater does.

Bridgewater for a lot of $$$ or Keenum?

Give me Keenum.

While I don't believe that Teddy is a $30 million dollar QB, saying that he's not the equal or better of Keenum is way off base.

In Teddy's five starts this this season he threw for 133 completions, a 68% completion rate, 1,384 yards, 9 TDs, and only 2 INTs.

And in his last real season with MIN he was pretty good, and improving before his injury.

He's at least a step better than Keenum, maybe two steps better.

He might be better than Kirk Cousins or Dak.

God Damn, how did he not win MVP?

He should have been MVP with those numbers. :D

He threw for more TDs in five games than Mahomes has in his career so far.

Whoops, good catch. 9 TDs. I'll fix that.

The damage is done. You've created Teddy B, the first QB to ever throw for 89TD's in 5 games and the first to ever sign a $1billion dollar contract

Isn’t he basically a slightly better (and much more expensive) version of Tyrod Taylor?

I view Bridgewater as nothing more than a game manager QB.

Megatron96 02-18-2020 01:40 PM

Heh, 89 TDs would be a lot in 5 games.

Anyway, extrapolate his numbers over 16 games. He could've thrown for over 4,200 yards, 27+ TDs, and only 6 INTs.

That's not shit. Name 10 QBs not named Mahomes or Wilson that posted better numbers last year.

Just a billion? 89 TDs in 5 games, he should get at least 3 billion . . .

Playing on a loaded Saints team though. If he signs with the Dolphins, he won't be close to those numbers.

His last real season in MIN he posted similar numbers. Slightly less completion percentage (65%) and a slightly higher INT rate, but good enough that the Vikings seriously considered giving him Cousins contract before he got hurt.

I'm not saying he's a perennial Pro-Bowler, but with a decent run game and a couple weapons, he could be a top 10 or 12 QB. It's not just about the numbers; I think he's better between the ears than Dak or Cousins. Or he could be if someone gave him the chance.
