Have faith in the Vince.

I'm going to geek when they start getting heavy into Gus' storyline.

He needs his own spinoff.

I would endorse this wholeheartedly.

Finally, what the hell took so long. Just make 3 seasons up front, and have at it. People love this show.

What took so long? Do you any idea how much time it takes for a writer's room to create a script for an hour long broadcast, especially one that's high quality, let alone, 13?

Do you have any idea how long it takes to cast and film an hour long program?

Do you have any idea how long it takes to edit, create the sound design, score, record ADR and mix an hour long program?

Here's a hint: Much, much longer than you'd think.

quality programming doesn't take or not take any set amount of time.

I appreciate the work that goes into a well plotted and filmed show, but let's not pretend that these people are clocking in 9-5 Mon-Fri week in, week out to craft something time consuming and intricate that's plotted from the beginning.

The delays are driven more by buffering to make room for creative inspiration, side projects, network calendars, marketing, sweeps, etc. than work rate.

Further, Saul is set in one place with reliable and temperate weather. NOt like GoT making arrangements for shoots on several continents, in several climates, often condition dependent, and usually historically protected.

Heck, Odenkirk authored, assembled, shot and broadcast a brilliant season of Mr. Show With Bob and David in the interim. Good for him, great for us. But it gives lie to the fiction that he's been slaving away at Better Call Saul for the past year.

Easy there Daney boy, I'm not Hollywood aficionado, but I've seen well written shows with more special effects and a higher paid cast get the next season done in half the time. I'm just bitching as a fan, I just want to see as much as BCS as possible. Bob Odenkirk ain't gettin' any younger.

You are completely talking out if your ass.

I'm stunned.

This is absolutely, unequivocally, false.

Again, I'm just stunned that you would even post something in which you're completely unaware.

I'm not talking about Odenkirk. I'm talking about the rest of the production. Writing 13 episodes. Casting, filming, editing, Post Production, etc.

I'm just in shock that you would post so confidently about something you know nothing about.
