I'll pass on bringing Mike Edwards back with that attitude. Poyer/Hyde/Simmons for some veteran leadership in that secondary if Sneed is dealt. Would also be hilarious to see Bills/Broncos fan reaction.

Am I the only one who could care less about players attitude during the off season?

I'll take some new blood and new energy hungry for their first ring over a dude who is pissed to be back because he isnt making more $ elsewhere. Attitude reflects leadership.

Yep. There are so many good Safeties that are available in FA. I just don’t see it.

The more I think about it, the more Sneed to Detroit for #29 makes sense.

That team is close, CB is a huge need, and Sneed is a sure thing that no draftee is.

Yes, and look at what Veach was able to do when we had to late 1st rounders last time!

Sweat would be a potentially interesting alternative as trade compensation for Sneed, if the Chiefs are no longer convinced they can keep Jones.

Anudike-Uzomah worriers would be able to officially worry at that point (because KC doesn't go trade for Sweat and commit to him long-term if it is confident in Anudike-Uzomah being a good player).

I’d kick around trading sneed for him but I don’t know about giving up draft picks. And that may just me loving picks too much. He’d be a really nice consistent piece for us.

There's no such thing as loving draft picks too much. They're how you keep the championship window wide open.

He quit mid play against the Bengals last year. I’d be hesitant with him.
