As a life long Star Wars nut I'm having a really hard time getting interested in this one

They are reaching M. Night Shamefuldispray levels. Trying to put twists in movies to make it seem more interesting than it it actually is. At least M. Night didn't spoil it before the movie even came out. Disney is clueless.

Legit question - is there any way this movie can "win?"

Half the reactions from people online are pissed at Rey going evil, and the other half are pissed because it's "obviously a force vision, as Disney would never spoil something like that at D23".

I'm not pissed about it, but that's definitely true.

I am pissed at nothing, and completely dead to this shameful farce.

My hope after watching TFA was that Rey would fall to the Darkside and Kylo would come back to the Light. I don't think they are going to do that, and if they are it will be terribly done and rushed since TLJ is smeared shit on wet pavement story wise.

Oh well, at least the Mandalorian looks very promising.

That's not a dream sequence.

It's a clone.

Setsuna 08-26-2019 08:40 AM

That's no moon.....it's dead on arrival.

Gravedigger 08-26-2019 12:30 PM

Anyone else think the way that lightsaber opens up is impractical and looks kinda ridiculous. Daisy Ridley doesn't sell it well either.

Frazod 08-26-2019 01:37 PM

Meh.

Hammock Parties 08-26-2019 01:50 PM

Daisy is a mediocre actor who doesn't care about Star Wars so that's not surprising.

Kylo, Palpatine and Ghost Luke better carry this movie.
