It’s just the eastern conference because those teams aren’t good and injuries were insane. Way way too many superstars got hurt on that side of the house. |

A better Finals. |

Boring playoffs happens sometimes in all of sports so hopefully just an anomaly. There were some good series for sure so I'm hopeful for the future. Spurs should be back in playoffs soon with Wemby so that should get playoff bball more exciting. |

What the Chiefs did was historic; getting through very probably the hardest gauntlet in NFL post-season history. The Celtics are just treating above average basketball teams like they're above average. I mean, has Boston played a top 10 team in these playoffs? If they have, it's close. Based on pure ability I'd say you're looking at a couple of teirs: Boston OKC, Denver, Minn, NYK LAC, Phx, Philly (when healthy) Indy, LAL, Mil, NOLA, Dallas, Cle, Miami They've maybe knocked off a single top 10 team in this run? The rest are pretty average squads, most of whom weren't anywhere near their best due to injury. The east was shitty and they got one of the worst teams out of the West in the finals. Minnesota and Denver playing each other prior to the WCF really helped clear the decks for them. OKC stepping on their dicks didn't help either. Things really couldn't have been any easier for them. |

The competition wasn't great but they still have a chance to make history tomorrow night and complete sweeps in the final two rounds. |

Despite the outcome I still think Minnesota should’ve handled Dallas. |

Anybody getting excited about the draft?

No sweep in this one.

You can't have this bad of a title team doing anything historic. Thank God.
|
The Mavs are finally playing like they did in the WC playoffs.
|
I honestly thought this shit was happening tomorrow night. The NBA finals schedule ****s me up every time.
|
Glad to see these beantown beansucking bundle of sticksgots don't get the sweep though.

Barkley says on NBA TV that he's retiring after next season from TV.

Best case scenario. For some dumb reason Luka played 33 minutes.

The big difference to me was Luka at least trying to play defense. It helped in game 3 if not for all the fouls. Think he took the windhorst dig to heart. Still bad defense but he just needs to try a little bit to go a long way.

It probably won't be this series though. As of now, I'm convinced the Celtics just wanted to win it on their home court. But yeah like you said if the Mavs win game 5 it gets interesting. Pretty lame that game 5 isn't until Monday. |

Fat Slov goin down tonight. Guarantee you once game in hand he will like around like a bitch.
|
Celtics hacking and getting away with it at home as usual. Disgusting.
|
Why play Porzingis tonight instead of game 6 and 7? When he gets re-injured tonight, you're less likely to have him the remainder of the series.
|
Well… at least the Mavs won one game.

If you contest Tatum on a drive it’s a foul. These refs suck dick!

Refs calling phantom travels now to prevent Dallas baskets.
|
Where's the intensity from Luka and Kyrie here? This is a Finals elimination game, right?
|
Is that Kyrie or Dak out there
|
When shots like that fall it’s clear that this is not Dallas’ night.

Luka can’t hit the free throw but that little pillowbiter Pritchard hits his second desperation heave of the series. JFC!

This series is just about done. Boston could probably just shoot 3’s the rest of the game and still win by double digits.

This Boston team is probably one of my least favorite NBA Champs of my lifetime.
I didn’t like the Durant Warriors, but I could at least appreciate that team’s place in history. This just feels like a really good team against a bunch of average playoff teams. |

They probably still win those series, but not as easily and would be a more tired group. Then again, they didn't have Porzingis for most of the playoffs. |
Some 16 year old kid in Boston posted about how he’s seen 11 parades. I know it’s not his fault but that’s so punchable. There are going to be college kids in Boston who may have never seen a year that didn’t feature a deep playoff team.
And yet they’ll still find a way to play victim like they have some huge chip on their shoulder. It’s so disappointing knowing they have yet another team that will be relevant for a while. **** this sports market. |
Dallas needs to find another scorer in the offseason.
Happy for Hoford at least. He has been a solid player his entire career. |
Mazzula challenging with 2 minutes left in a 20+ point game, yeah sounds about right
|
Worst Finals since KD ruined the NBA for a couple years in joining a 73 win team. Disgusting result.

I’ll say it again, nba needs to fix scheduling. Way way too many superstars playing gladiator by the end of the playoff run. Luka looked sluggish the entire night.

At least Tatum didn't get an undeserving MVP and it went to Brown.
