Sherman has shareholders to answer to, and I don't think Mahomes and other local shareholders are gonna sit quietly by and watch a KC franchise walk away. Maybe they move to another part of KC, but to leave the city? Seems like Sherman would have a fight on his hands to me.

Team moves to a better market and sells for $1.5 billion or more?

Who wouldn't take a 7-10% return on an investment?

I don't think you pick the baseball franchise for the ROI alone. There are many more liquid options to invest in that can provide a similar return.

I have a friend that is a Kansas State Senator. He tells me that Kansas would be interested in the Chiefs but maybe not so much with the Royals. He is the one that told me about Nashville.

I mean, you can hate her for being a bitch, but a lot of us have been saying this ever since the votes were tallied.

Downtown KC is the only correct answer. Both sides need to get over themselves, act professionally, and get it done. It will help greatly if Frank White is recalled, between the property taxes and the Stadium process, he has proven to be as talented as the night manager of a Minit Mart

No one ever needs to hear from the “spouse”. That’s just not a good look.

But with that said, I think Jackson County made a lot of mistakes in this process.

Jackson County just ran off two of few remaining community assets they had.

Mahomes owns 1% or less lf the Royals....he has almost no say in what they do...and he actually might want them to move to Texas. Since hes from there
