I quit going to BK. The stores are usually dirty, the customer service is lackluster, and a few in the county I live in seems to have had a few of them shit down by the health dept. Of course they reopened, but I don't trust them anymore.

In this one. He totally missed out on the point of the Spicy Sweet. By his reaction I don't even think he knew what sweet chili sauce was. Calling sweet chili sauce a fancy name for honey. He didn't even think of what TB was going for, a mexican/asian fusion as a change of flavor profile. It should have been pointed out as a good attempt by TB to market to beyond their norm. Poor review overall.
