ChiefsPlanet - Football Schefter: Jalen Ramsey has asked for a trade

Oh boy. The "who have you played" argument, that was used prior to last year's regular season matchup, as well as the AFCCG, when people were trying to talk themselves into believing that we couldn't win on the road because we hadn't beaten any good teams away from Foxboro.

To this, I will point to SB53, in which we held one of the top offenses in the league to just 3 points. You know, the offense that scored 50+ on you.

Didn’t you score 13 points in that game against the Rams defense? You know, the one that allowed 50 to the Chiefs at home.

Little does he know that he helped us get to 5,000 posts in this thread. We’re that much closer to trading Ragland for Ramsey straight up and extending Ramsey for 10 years at the league minimum.

I think Ramsey stays a Jaguar unless the Jags look unlikley to make playoffs before Oct. 27, trade deadline, or a team gives up a 2020 1st and 2020 2nd or 2020 1st and 2021 1st and is willing to extend Ramsey before he plays a snap for new team.

Hell, Jaguars might extend Ramsey before a trade if Coughlin apologizes for the Bortles contract and Jaguars also extend another defensive star like Ngakoue.

Rapoport was back on TV a few mins ago. Interesting that every time...literally, every time...he gives an update he mentions the Chiefs first among teams interested.
