Did you notice when they got anywhere on the ground it was always away from Clark's side?
|
Also... this does seem kinda valid:
“For the people saying “trade Frank Clark”, “We overpaid for Frank Clark”, or whatever else because he went 10 quarters without a sack this season, just remember, JJ Watt got his first sack of 2019 today and Aaron Donald is still searching for his first.” - via Arrowhead Live on Twitter |

As a fan of the move, I’m very concerned about Clark. I’ve seen this guy destroy tackles, he used to be a monster at blowing up plays. He has always better against the run than as a pass rusher but he has always been good there as well.
The last weeks, he looks like a man that got paid and is motor has been turned down. He gives up to easily. Multiple times I saw him try to get around the tackle and just stop. This is the guy we need to keep battling and when his first move doesn’t work. The dude couldn’t even tackle Jascons on a blind side hit. I don’t see him being a leader with his mouth or actions right now. I don’t need double digit sacks but he has got to start making plays with the money he is making. |
when you trade a 1st and pay $100 mill, you want to see a difference maker. Someone that can change the game, we aren't getting that thus far and that's why people are disappointed.
