We'd get a handful of 100% games out of him. Perhaps even most of the games. And maybe some or all of those games in the playoffs. The risk isn't worth it. You can roll the dice and take risks, but Julio Jones isn't the kind of risk smart teams take. |
Try for balance for 17 games like a pro. Or **** the defense. **** Tyreek Hill. Double **** the future. To give fans courage enough to send a self nutting video to some random hoe.

Multiple teams have expressed interest in signing free-agent LB Shaquem Griffin, who could transition to full-time pass rusher, per sources. Always overcoming the odds, Griffin has played in 46 games over three seasons in Seattle. Should have a home soon.
Anybody interested? Let the jokes begin!!!! |

I don’t give a shit about Julio Jones. We need a pass rusher and corner

Over the weekend some #Chiefs players reached out to free agent WR Dede Westbrook to engage his interest in coming to Kansas City. Meanwhile, both the #Vikings & the #Bengals have had preliminary conversations with Westbrook as well. Westbrook was a 2016 Biletnikoff award winner.

The comments on that tweet are funny

He'd be a great reclamation type dude.

Translation: the OU players on our team reached out to Westbrook LMAO
Orlando Brown Jr, Blake Bell and maybe Creed Humphrey |

Would love it if he came here though. He’s basically another Hardman. MOAR speed! |
I’d love to have Westbrook if they feel he’d be healthy coming off the acl. It doesn’t cost the draft picks that Julio would.

Keeping 6 WRs.
Hill Westbrook Hardman Robinson Pringle Powell |
Hes a small guy with 4.3 speed. IMO he'd be great in the slot if you could ever get Hardman to function outside.

You don't need some 6"4 dude outside.
Westrbook can play outside. it's fine. |

Yes please... |

I’d definitely like to see Westbrook added. Need more speed insurance at a minimum.
|
Just tore his ACL last October so it’s gotta be for the minimum + incentives
|
Vikings, Bengals or Chiefs? Sounds like it’s a tough decision.

edit: Appears he is 6'. I'd definitely be interested in taking a swing. Worst, worst case he can do some things Tyreek does when his knee gets back to speed. |
Lol Patchwork OL?
The whole line is likely set for the next 3-4 years once Brown gets an extension |

I still think the Chiefs were planning to part ways with Fisher regardless of his injury.

Makes sense but also the Colts are becoming the pre-Mahomes Chiefs I feel like. Conservative drafting, picking up other teams' injured and/or old and/or bad players.
|

I mean, Veach said he'd be ready to "participate" in August camp, but that could have meant working out and he didn't say FULL participation. Seems like the Colts are kind of working on hope here. |

I like Westbrook as a fit in KC if the price is low and doesn't preclude a move at CB and DE.
He'd give them insurance at KR and WR. Good speed, some size. Had decent Years 2 and 3 in Jacksonville. Wouldn't move the needle as much for me as brining back Breeland and signing Melvin INgram/Justin Houston/Ryan Kerrigan/etc. |

Assuming the Chiefs had an injury or just need an effective cheap X receiver, I think Alshon Jeffrey would be an ideal choice. Played with Pederson so he would know Andy’s system quickly.
Again just a backup option |

It does suck that if Tyreek had to miss time the WR’s after him are full of question marks. We definitely need to draft a WR early next year even if Powell excels this season |

I just saw a list of Chiefs free agents. It was longer than I had realized. I completely forgot about LeVeon Bell hasn't had any takers yet. I know that he didn't get much playing time here. I wouldn't be opposed to bringing him back cheap as depth. KC will never be allowed to hold for him to run like Pittsburgh did but our revamped line shouldn't have to. I would like to see what he has left behind this line. I won't hold anything against him with what he was asked to run behind last year.
