This will be a nice long rebuild.....like 30 years or so.

And they're all in A ball, hence they're nowhere close to the big league team. They'd have to skip a level or be promoted much faster than what is typical for Royals minor leaguers to get here before 2021 or 2022.

I wouldn't say that, just not a lot to be excited about and no real talent arriving for a while still.

Royals need to have open tryouts for bullpen arms. 55 guys off the street and what not.

The pen is shockingly bad.

Not impressed with cal Eldred so far. Seeing a lot of mechanical issues and pitchers that seem unprepared.

Law of averages tells us they can’t be this bad all year, but damn it’s brutal right now.

No Salvy and no bullpen makes going out the a tough sell beyond the baseball purist. Watching Whit and a few others play is still cool, but too much of the rest of the team will drive people to opt for the TV unless there's some other promotion sealing the deal. At least until the bullpen isn't what we've seen thus far.
