The issue though is all those Washington guys are fighting to not get fired so I doubt they are gonna be up for moving guys.

Hypothetically speaking, the Skins still owe him $6 million in guarantees, so I believe this is his cap hit from us in such a trade:

2019-$11.3 million
2020-$12.5 million

And we could cut our losses any time without dead money. That’s pretty good

He may not be washed up but he also may not be better than Claiborne at this point.

I wouldn't take on that contract - the Skins are thinking of cutting him because they know that his base salary is well beyond his market value. If they cut him loose, I'd kick the tires and see if we could get him in here for about half that on a 1-year deal but there's no way I'm taking him on at $11 million in cap charges next year.

He's just not that good anymore.

Just picked off Mahomes in the end zone

Norman is a weird as hell case, if you go look at his breakdowns, basically if he is close to the receiver on the line, he's god awful like one of the worst. Yet if he lines up in off zone, say about 8-10 yards off, he rates in the top 5, it's really weird.

Basically unless you are going to play off zone he's going to suck.
