Every single time I re-watch the series I pick up something new. A guy at my money making gig outside the farm got me watching Over Analyzing Avatar on youtube and that has been quite the trip to see all the things that I have missed.

They’ve actually got some novels out diving into the lives of Kyoshi and Yangchen. I haven’t read them yet but plan to at some point.

You mentioned the live action Netflix show being bad. I didn’t think it was entirely terrible but I won’t argue that it was good. Kyoshi taking over for Aang was the best part of the show, IMO.

Literally hated pretty much everything about it. It took my 2 weeks to finish the last 3 episodes. They just ruined everything and took away the character flaws of the main characters. I hated it so much and it sucks because I was so excited.
