That one completely shut the city down for 2 or 3 days. You know it's a bad one when it shuts Denver completely down for a few days.

I remember that one. That was big.
My general rule of thumb:
Less than 10 inches - business as usual
10 to 19 inches - stuff slows down a little
20 to 29 inches - everything bogs down and stops for a little while
30+ inches - shutdown
