I might be one of the few that doesn’t think this is a bad deal as long as the Chiefs don’t hinder their ability to sign the players they need to sign.
We got a better player than anyone we could have gotten (most likely) at #29. Some people on here are placing way too much value on a late 1st round pick (essentially it’s a high 2nd). We really only gave up the worst of our 2nds next year for a high end pass rusher. This is a much better deal in retrospect. |
Why didn't the Chiefs trade for Jadeveon Clowney who's also available and a better player than Clark ?

The more I think about this....the more I really like it.
I'm not married to draft picks like others, did think a 1st should've been a no, but keeping both 2nds this year was huge. Clark and Jones are going to wreck people next season. |
