I also have a sweet gig lined up to start this weekend working on a house for a NICE amount of mulah, but with two jobs for three weeks I'll have no time for family, fun, weed, chiefs planet, or sleep. But I'll be just about out of debt and in a position to put myself into more debt in order to learn and me ones of thems fancy educations. Go me!

$14/hour sounds good for here, but it can't be too great out there.

I work my ass off too, its just not manual labor...

By the way, if this makes any difference, the average price of a 2 bedroom apartment out here is about $1200 a month.

I have no idea what it is out there.

In Independence you'd pay about that for a meth-free house. Of course there are only 4 of them.

Ouch. You don't make shit for your living expense. I only pay 800 for a three small bedroom house. But it's extremely ghetto, falling apart, I don't have c/a or even heat, and I'm missing parts of the house.

I've got a 780 sq ft, 1 bedroom apartment. Rent includes cable + HBO, high speed wireless internet, and the only utility I pay is electric. My rent is $530/month. I'd say the average, upper scale 2 bedroom with the same amenities as mine runs for anywhere from $600-700/month.

Tell me about it...

I can live in the ghetto if I want and get a 2 BR apartment for 900, but I'd rather not.

Plus I live with my mom, I only have to pay like $300 rent a month...

The Bank Account is Lovin It.

My mortgage on a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath with about 2,200 sq feet on a cul-de-sac lot is in that neighborhood.

Nice. You have cable included into you rent? Strange. Do you have appliances(fridge, oven, dishwasher etc) free, or did you have to rent them seperately or buy your own?

LMAO. My first apartment was ~400 sq feet and was $340/mo. It had free bugs and illegal immigrant neighbors.
