That might be the most unMizzou thing ever.

Drink is the coach of the future. Thanks to the Missouri legislature for the NIL foresight.

This stuff is so weird because I realize the people typing things like this watch a lot of sports and are smart guys.

But to me watching more sports makes it more obvious that things do not quite end in the obvious way...and to just assume the game is over in the 3rd qtr or assuming it was over before a drive with 1:30 left with a timeout and only needing a FG.

Honestly you guys need to explain yourselves. Do you enjoy being negative? Or does a squirrel just eat your brains and make you forget how dynamic the nature of sports are?

Not sure what was up with the defense they came up in some big moments but the tackling and pursuit angles were not there...they also just looked slow.

They pretty clearly miss Hopper.

What is his timeframe is this long term?

BryanBusby 11-18-2023 10:29 PM

A very un-Mizzou game.

I don’t understand why people on CP are always throwing in the towel in the third quarter (or earlier), be it the Chiefs, Mizzou, no matter who it is. If I were so miserable watching competitive sporting events I would probably just not

Hopper's presence shouldn't make guys remember to wrap up, though. That was a miserable performance.

And again I go back to the fact that the people who do this watch tons of sports and should know better.

It is the sort of thing some very casual sports fan would think but an experienced lover of the game should have read this book before and understand there are many likely outcomes still on the table.

And while what happened was awesome and special tonight it was not really that crazy. This team being able to go down and simply get a FG to win felt like decent money.

These kids playing football and basketball in the state of Missouri are having tons of fun right now.

Brady Cook and Luther Burden. Insanely more confident than most dumbass Mizzou fans. Including me lol. Didn’t give us much chance at 4th and 17.
