I haven’t heard Petro saying Hardman would be a bust. He’s been talking about what he has to be to justify moving up to pick him where they did. I believe he said this season receiving option 4/5 with some gadget plays mixed in with him taking over for Watkins next year putting up solid WR2 numbers.

So heres a curious question with Spags and a new system. How do you get the first team unit to gel especially with so many new players? More reps in practice, more playing time in pre season, or what? Admittedly I'm a little nervous about his answer when asked will the defense be ready week 1 he said "well see"

It's not going to happen by Week 1 likely, but really they just need to play as a unit. The good thing is that the bigger adds are taking lead roles.
