Poooooor Aaron.

With his elite OL, top flight WR (until he ran him out of town) and excellent running game.

That guy just can't catch a break.

LMAO If we all didn't know he was actually being somewhat serious this would be hilarious.

Shouldn't the fact that MVS looks like a MUCH better player with Patrick Mahomes working with him mean something in this discussion?

Wanna bet that Mahomes could get a career year out of Alan Lazard as well?

Or maybe if he wasn't insisting on tearing up his contract and getting a raise every other year, they'd have the cost certainty they'd need to plan on an extension for someone like Adams or even MVS.

And again, the guy's just a prick. If you're a WR, why would you stay for less than a premium? Why would you sign early and provide organizational stability?

Nobody - absolutely nobody - is more responsible for the state of the Packers the last 10 years than Aaron Rodgers. And none of it has anything to do with his talent - it's his petty selfishness that creates all these problems.

No wonder he went to play with Carr. After dealing with Rodgers' bitch ass...going back to work with your college QB has to sound like a dream come true. Even if he does SUCK!

I just can't imagine a world where MVS is comfortable enough to do with with Rodgers. Because god help him if he's wrong.

Exactly.

What an unbelievable douche. My coach says I played great. The exact polar opposite of how you want your QB to behave.

They had a chance to trade this guy for all the draft picks in the world. Should have taken it.

Donkos should trade for him …. Err wait I guess you need draft picks for that.

Are we not completely sure he just stayed with the Packers out of spite, took the last 150 million, and is now not so subtly sabotaging them?

He said that? [emoji1787]

That would make sense.

Coaching needs to get better too.

At this point, they need to lean on those RBs.

Yeah I'd bet money that even if we went the Packers route and Veach picked out some young WRs to fill out the offense you know Mahomes would be working with them and coaching them up himself if need be to get the most out of them.

Look at what Mahomes said after Skyy Moore muffed that punt against the Colts. Said he talked to him and threw his support behind him to lift him up a bit. That wasn't even an offensive mistake.

I think that's the million dollar question. Are the coaches the ones doing that or is Rodgers running the offense and checking into pass plays all the time? Almost every single week you see their coach saying they need to use their RBs more like clockwork, but they never actually do it.

I'm guessing his teammates, coaches, and Packer fans care what he says though.

He got the $50MM annual he wanted, sit and stew in it shit bag.

Pay your QB that, then have to run the ball becasue you can't afford WR's and/or he wont' throw to the ones you have.

It's the god damn Hindenburg.

Rodgers hadn't been all that good for a few seasons prior to that 2019 campaign. And with all the caterwauling he did publicly about retiring, he's probably been doing it far longer behind the scenes to get his way. Why wouldn't Lafleur go and get someone he thought could be his QBOTF? The real mistake was not shipping Rodgers out for a kings ransom of assets.
