If the Eagles really are willing to sign him to an extension immediately , he’ll be an Eagle if he’s traded.

That was likely leaked by Jacksonville to push a team to make a decision and maybe give up more than they were willing to give to ensure that he wouldn't get hurt in the game. I wouldn't put it past any organization to use the threat of injury to get the overblown price they're asking for.
