I like to pretend he's a 12 year old jewish boy getting ready for his upcoming bar mitzvah.
You can do it, Joshie! We know you've been preparing and are going to do wonderful! |

I kinda LOL'd when Kelce actually mentions that Gordon plays like Tarzan & not Jane. Inferring to Kelvin Benjamin & Jon Baldwin.
|
Any indication that Gordon has learned most of the offense now?
He's a veteran, it shouldn't be that hard for him to understand. |

This is the week where, if we are down in the second half and struggling, Andy rolls out the Gordon ****s 'Em Dry package.
|
Yeah we'll be getting a decent look at him this week, Bienemy sounds like theres a big push to get him going asap

I was AFK all day - In my absence thanks for half-assedly keeping this rolling. Nice job, but you can do better.

What're the chances he gets more than three balls thrown his way?

I think this is a potential point of conflict between Birch Beets and Wally. This is total speculation and I'm not sure I believe it. Wally may have soured on reclamation projects after his son crippled a kid. Wally says one thing but I bet he doesn't trust Gordon at all. There is some doubt he signed off on the move.
|
Throw him the damn ball and play him waaay more snaps. Take the training wheels off.
|
**** yeah sweeties!

I can’t stop thinking about Josh Gordon and balls!!!
|
After all of the attention we have given him on CP, why isn't he a major force in our offense? Don't the Chiefs coaches and management read CP for the valuable information we have?
Just, what is the problem with getting JG the ball? |

I hope he's going to go off today.

Did Gordon even get any snaps today? Anybody know what his cap number is?
|
We didn't belief enough :(
|
His misuse is entirely on Reid and Beinemy. There's no playbook that's so hard that a guy can't even get reps in blowout games. There's no playbook that's do hard that after 4 weeks a guy shouldn't be getting reps over Robinson and Pringle. There's no playbook so hard that you can't have a guy who made a living on quick slants not run any quick slants.
This is pure bullshit. I feel sorry for Gordon. |

So we're giving him the Kelvin Benjamin treatment. Pretty sweet.

But, after watching him a lot in Seattle he couldn't get open at all... Maybe he was ****ed in the head at the time and has worked it out.. IDK... I do think it shouldn't be so hard to get him involved.. Just tell him what route to run and get him out there... Its a head scratcher... |
This was a desperation move. The team knows full well our WR’s after Hill, are way below average, so they rolled the dice. WR2 is up for grabs and nobody seems to be able to take it. I don’t expect Gordon to do much at all. We desperately need a number 2 WR and I don’t believe they are on our starting roster. I’d retain Hardman as our slot and let the rest after Hill find another team in the offseason. Veach needs to upgrade the position going forward. The WR’s aren’t cutting it and it shows. How long are we going to continue to trot below average out on the field?

Can Cornell Powell not beat out Drob or Kemp? Even Dieter for F sakes. Something has to change, I dont get it, they need a fire lit under their collective asses.

Over 16 games last year Robinson had 466 yards and Hardman had 560. So yeah even in that year you talk about him having no separation, he was still better on a game by game basis than both Robinson and Hardman. He also averaged 15 yards per reception which is more than either one of Hardman and Robinson. |
It's a joke. We've had Gordon longer than ARZ has had Ertz and he's out there making explosive plays. "Bringing him along slowly" is unacceptable.

This KC offense will have him smoking blunts by the end of the week.
The chiefs D will have him wanting to do 8 balls of fentanyl |
Mahomes has 1.3 seconds in the pocket before he’s running for his damn life. It’s not enough time for Gordon, Hill, or Jerry Rice to get open. Do you guys even watch the games ???

I don't understand why this team goes out and signs guys like this and then never uses them. Is it just to play keep away? I know the offense is complex but jfc an offensive genius coach cant scheme to get a guy like this involved?
We are seeing what AR did in the SB last few games. Trying for long developing routes instead of quick slants over the middle or anything else. Even when Mahomes is getting killed we just stick to that. Play calling and coaching is a big part of this. Tannehill got the ball out fast a lot yesterday, we hardly ever do that when our oline can't block for shit in a game. maddening. |
