One sure fire way to discover if your take on MHM is 100% wrong, is if Tex is here defending him.

I doubt anyone here has given him more shit than Tex.

And this has happened twice now I think and we’ve agreed maybe three other times in the last 10 months. The pandemic has truly f—ed things up.

Absolutely! If TEX backs him it's legit

We’ve now moved the goalposts from June 1st to July 1st, just wait!

Peter Gibbons 06-21-2021 05:12 PM

The trade was never going to happen before the Amazon Prime 2-Day event was over. Everyone knows that. The Denver front office is too busy with low priced Roombas to vacuum up gun wrappers right now. July 1 it’s a done deal as some clown on ESPN with a fading career and the stench of desperation said so. He goes to Denver in return for a 2039 7th round pick.

June 1st was the earliest it could've happened. If it happens, it probably won't be until late July at the earliest. Green Bay isn't going to trade him until they're 100% sure he's not coming back. They'll probably want to wait and see if he shows up to training camp before doing anything.

Broncos are almost the favorite to win the West after this most likely to happen trade potentially happens maybe soon after July 1st.

It'd be incredibly stupid to trade him before the season, even if he doesn't play with them this year.

The draft capital would be terrible. They would miss out on a top 10 pick as well as possibly an early second if he plays for LV, Denver, NYG etc.. this year

They have a SB contender caliber roster still too.

All everybody talks about is how Rodgers is “dug in”.

So are the Packers.

Halfcan 06-21-2021 08:54 PM

According to 610-- Rodgers renewed his private Golf Club membership in Green Bay.

He is locked in.

If Rodgers held out the whole season and Packers did not trade him, I think the Pack could trade him next offseason and carryover all of his unearned salary to next year's cap and zero out his dead cap hit.

Packers are likely to get a better trade package next offseason than this season unless the same thing that happened in 2011 with the Raiders and Bengals and Carson Palmer and Jason Campbell injury. Raiders thought they were a contender, Campbell gets hurt, then Bengals finally get a decent offer for Palmer.

Delusional Bronco Fan (Knowmo) : But...but...but...his fiancé lives in Boulder and Rodgers is RICH, RICH, RICH, so he could easily commute from Denver to Green Bay for a round of golf...
