Davis has no one to blame but himself. He knew McDaniels was Patriot way failure trash and hired him anyway.

I love it when Patriot Way castoffs crash and burn. At some point you'd think it'd become obvious that the Patriot way was 80% Tom ****ing Brady with Belichick accounting for 19% with the rest of the turds making up the remaining 1%. Teams deserve what they get when they hire Patriot coaches these days.

The rest of the league figured this out 7 or 8 years ago. Raiders still don’t know.

Yup. They always fail. The exceptions are Bill O’Brien until Mahomes broke him and Flores who was let go in spite of doing good things in Miami.
