Clark should take that as a very clear signal.

Sure he does. Tom is naturally more slender than Mahomes.

Tom Brady had a "Dad Bod" throughout his entire 20's. Looked like shit at the NFL Combine. Looked like shit in his late 20's as well. Got way more serious about his body in his 30's.

I wouldn't bet against Mahomes. His body type and arm strength are similar to Brett Favre, who played a very long time during an era where you could actually knock the hell out of the QB's. The rules are much softer in favor of QB's now. The rules will probably get even softer in favor of QB's as time goes by.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuck.... this stadium shit is just gonna be a thing until it isn't a thing anymore, isn't it?

Barf.

So that means this thread will be living on for at least another year or more. Goddammit.

He absolutely does. He's not athletic. Doesn't mean that a slender dad bod still does age better than a husky dad bod.

That proposal would not be resubmitted, it would be a completely new proposal involving different/separate entities...jackass

Maybe he owns land at the Legends.

He has been nothing but a roadblock in this whole mess.

When I voted, there were people out front collecting signatures for his recall...many pages of signatures. I wonder how that is progressing?

There is going to be all this noise over this, but nothing will be decided until after the World Cup.

The Kansas Star Bond proposal stupidly said it would be authorized for one year and could be extended to two years. That guarantees that Chiefs make no public contact with Kansas over Star bonds because World Cup 2026 is the priority and requires everyone to work together.

Chiefs do not want the smoke of any back and forth that pits the governments that they need to work with against each other.

Royals might be in a hurry, because they mind****ed themselves into thinking they need a new ballpark and even tried to say the World Cup could speed up their timeline. If this years team has 3 more months like April, Royals Stadium will be rocking with a pennant race and playoffs and the idea that the Stadium is on the verge of collapsing will look silly.

People care more about the Chiefs right now, so Kansas politicos will talk all this shit about stealing the Chiefs and Chiefs are going to tell them to tell the Royals about your dumbass deadline and the Chiefs do not give a **** about anything but winning championships and World Cup 2026 being a success.

We have attention whore politicians spitting out shit that has no input from the teams and you have attention whore media spitting out shit to overreacting fools that think there is some need to decide things right away.

If the leases are through 2031, neither team will play anywhere else without a deal with Jackson County or Jackson County giving up ownership of the sports complex to KCMO or the teams.

Well end up with Clark Hunt and Mark Donovan never saying anything about it unless they are asked about at a press availability to talk about something else. And then we will have apeshit overreaction.

Mahomes could lose a lot of arm strength and become a pocket passer who still moves around in the pocket like Brady did and reads defenses like Peyton and avoids taking hits like Brady and Peyton did at the end of their careers...

I don't see why he couldn't do that in his early forties if he is motivated and reasonably fortunate with serious injuries.

And still be a top 5 QB.

GloryDayz 05-01-2024 08:34 PM

More than ever I'm glad I voted "no"..
