I kind of wish Hurst had doubled down and said that there were 139 mistakes made in front of him.

Dumb take at the beginning but the end of this is how I feel

I wonder how long Peyton Manning's driveway was.

So dumb.

JFC you are a dumbshit.

You could just as well have listed the likes of Dan Marino, John Elway, Eli Manning, Aaron Rodgers who also all had the label of having "attitude issues" or being "aloof" during the draft process and all of those QB's turned out okay.

The difference from the list of names you mention here and Rosen in college is that your list and their stats improved every year until they were drafted. Rosen's stats did not. Hence why the lack of the "fire in the belly" is perceived about Rosen that is fueled by his "high brow pretentious" demeanor. Rosen has nothing to be high brow or pretentious about whereas your list above surely did because they played BIG in BIG GAMES and won, Marino being the exception in his senior year because of his stat fall off his senior year fueled by cocaine rumors which scared many teams off. Don't insult your HOF QB list here using Rosen in the same context of aloofness. Rosen has nothing to be aloof about, PERIOD.

There's a reason so many pro athletes come from garbage homes.

One reason is the experience makes them tougher people. The other is that they feel like they NEED this.

Not want but need it...

Rosen probably had it tough growing up too. Jew nose they probably teased him a lot.

You’ll have to enlighten me as to what race is being discussed here.

It's not just how long your driveway is. It's about the three car garage.

Halfcan 05-04-2018 02:26 PM

It doesn't matter how long a guy's driveway is...if he can't park a car.

This has to be one of the dumbest f***ing things I've ever heard.

"Athletes have to be poor to stay motivated". How did that work out for Albert Haynesworth? What motivated the players in the 60s, 70s, and 80s when they got paid dick?

Kiimo 05-04-2018 02:57 PM

It's a good thing a lot of teams passed on Kobe Bryant. His dad was an NBA player and it made him soft and not motivated.

Peyton's driveway was in bad shape until his wife got some packages in the mail to magically make it like new.
