That's probably a 2 billion dollar stadium, but it still makes more sense than being in Raytown.

Does it matter if you drive past it every time?

Why would they drive by Robandee? Far greater chance of getting shot around Quindaro going from the airport through kck via 635.

Nobody would go that route. Unless you just had dipshit sense for how to get around KCKS

I know exactly where that is lol. Honestly, I could drive down Metcalf Avenue in OP Ks and take a pic of a strip mall that looks just like that. Even has Marshall Arts and Smoke Shop rest boarded up. This isn't all that surprising.

North JoCo has definitely gotten a little seedy in the past few years. It's starting to resemble old Olathe

In other words, "out-of-towners"

Of course it matters dummy. Location matters in real estate and development.

Being three miles removed from a shithole is preferable to 1/3 mile. You understand how that works?

Maybe if you took better care of those places that area wouldn’t be so bad?

That rendering looks 100 times better than the arrowhead one

He’s a 65 year old “real estate investor”. Code for bought a bunch of trash I won’t sink money into back in 2009.

They didn’t even highlight all the luxury suites and lounges for rich people. That’s the important stuff fans want to lay eyes on.

I did my part. Bought two burned out husks for back taxes and rebuilt from the studs. Sold them immediately to investor who dumped at least one of them because the rest of the development has continued to devolve into a crime riddled shit hole.

Yep I thought so too. I am not opposed to a dome but rather it be some kind of rolling roof and they have to play on a grass.

I've been down State Avenue many times, probably ~5 miles down to Don Antonio for some of the best street tacos in the city, and it's completely fine. It's an older area, never saw anything sketchy.

There's a mediocre Chinese buffet in a building that used to be a Ponderosa... a good Mexican joint in an old IHOP building. Culture.
