he cant read a defense .. or look for a open WR .. he's trash .. period .....

BossChief 10-10-2012 10:40 AM

I bet if we screencapped the all 22 footage at the 3 second mark of each pass, half the receivers are open. Same would be the case if we screen capped the all 22 footage of the moment Cassel starts his throwing motion.

By the time Pioli leaves, Charles will be broken and Bowe will be gone.

That thought makes me sad.

Hammock Parties 10-10-2012 10:41 AM

New page...

Cliff notes for any media, fans or disgruntled team members viewing the thread. Scott, we know you already know this shit...actually, you may be ignorant, to be honest.

Quote:

In an NFL that is classified as a passing first league, he is 3-18 when we put the ball in the air more than we run it.

Cassel has a career winning percentage of .1875 against playoff teams (3-13), and is 1-9 as Chiefs quarterback.

Against playoff teams, for his Chiefs career, Cassel averages 148.5 yards passing per game.

Cassel has a career winning percentage of 0.277 against winning teams (5-13). He is 2-8 as Chiefs quarterback against winning teams.

During Matt Cassel's BEST SEASON (2010) he posted a lower deep completion percentage than 2011 Tim Tebow. He has completed 25.7 percent of his passes over 20 yards for his career.

During 2008, Cassel was sacked once every 11 pass attempts. Behind the exact same line Tom Brady was sacked once every 35 attempts. Cassel was also sacked once every 12 attempts behind the 5th rated pass blocking line in Kansas City.

Cassel has a 5-8 record against top 10 defenses and averages 189 yards per game with a TD/INT ratio of 10/13. His teams average 16.6 offensive points per game. His Chiefs teams average 12 offensive points per game.

Cassel has a 4-15 record against Philip Rivers, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, Ben Roethlisberger, Eli Manning, Tony Romo, Matt Schaub, Joe Flacco, Matt Ryan and Matthew Stafford. In these 19 games, his teams have averaged 15.4 offensive points per game.

As Chiefs starter, Cassel is 0-17 against teams that score more than 24 points.

As a Chief, in games where Cassel's team rushes for less than 135 yards he is 5-18. In the five wins, Cassel's defense holds the opposition to an average of 15.4 points.

BossChief 10-10-2012 10:58 AM

The coaching staff is acknowledging Cassel 3:16 by their gameplanning.

Haha

Hammock Parties 10-10-2012 11:01 AM

The coaching staff is gonna lose even more games playing that way if the defense doesn't keep playing at elite levels.

bevischief 10-10-2012 11:17 AM

This is insane he is still in the league as a starter...:banghead::facepalm:

The ****? Dude is still able to leave me speechless. ****ing abandons the pocket, and proceeds to throw it in stride off his back foot with no one around him. Even an elite QB lowers his accuracy considerably throwing like that.

007 10-11-2012 05:50 AM

Just imagine the crowd reaction if he plays 10/28. If he does, I hope they announce it early so we can prepare the blackout and fly the right banner.

CoMoChief 10-11-2012 07:51 AM

He has the worst pocket awareness of any veteran QB I've ever seen.

Three7s 10-11-2012 09:22 AM

Only thing I can say about that gif is that he was trying to make the throw shorter by rolling out.

Dayze 10-11-2012 10:57 AM

I can't believe those.
well, I 'can'....but I'm baffled.

This is mind bottling, how can he be in the NFL? I thought it was the best of the best, cream of the crop. He did even play in college, how can you just go from high school to the NFL? At least when they do it in the NBA it's because you have talent.

O.city 10-12-2012 08:54 AM

2nd and 11 there. You hit dex he at least makes it a 3rd and short by catching it and running straight out of bounds.

Worst qb in the league and its really not close

Hammock Parties 10-12-2012 08:56 AM

I don't blame Casshole for making that throw to be honest.

It just so happens that Dex was wide open, and he threw a high ball that was tipped up and picked.

Happens to shitty QBs I guess. o:-)

Pasta Little Brioni 10-12-2012 09:02 AM

Yeah, wasn't really a shit decision that time, just a shit throw.

O.city 10-12-2012 09:06 AM

On basically every nfl passing play, there is a guy open or nfl open. Remember Trent greens best years? He sit back there surveyed the field and found the open guy.

Cassel doesn't do one thing good in terms of nfl qb skills.

CoMoChief 10-12-2012 09:27 AM

He can't throw down field
He can't hit his WR's in stride
His throws are constantly high or "they float"
There's no zip on his throws
His pocket awareness is downright terrible
He's a momentum killer
He locks in on his first read (usually Bowe) and if he's not there he checks down

And Pioli really thinks we can win with this loser? LMAO

I wish I could be paid millions to make horrible ignorant decisions.

I just don't see it, he looked emotionally devastated and demoralized throughout the entire game.

He looked mentally defeated.

If the crowd remains against him, I can't see him starting in 2013.

Logic may not be what we need to use when figuring out if he will be back. I would personally like to know for sure that he is out for his play and not the injury.

Yet another shitty throw on a slant from this shitdick. I've GIF'D at least one of these every season he's been here. GTFO.

http://i.imgur.com/5QcIQ.gif

And making matters worse:

This was on 2nd and 5, in the 4th quarter.

As a result of this play, we were in third and 5, and Dex committed that offensive PI penalty.

So then we had 3rd and 15, which is game over for Mork.

EVERY SNAP COUNTS.
