1. Yes, not having your team in cap hell is a GOOD thing and does not imply tanking.

Any owner that asked me to throw games would get a resignation followed up by a press conference explaining their behavior to the public. However, my personality would preclude the jackass from asking me that in the first place.

The way I see it is the Browns now have to deal with a contending Cincinnati as well as Baltimore. It won’t be easy for any of those teams.
