****Official 2019-2020 NHL Season Thread****

Season begins a week from tomorrow, and the defending champs just traded Joel Edmundson and a prospect for Justin Faulk.

Who's up for back-to-back Cups?

Well, if the Avalanche lose, at least there's the chance the Yotes and Knights will be eliminated in the first round.

Not that I'd mind the Yotes advancing against the Knights, but that series would be a shit show.

JFC. I'm bad luck. I should just not watch them play, maybe they'll actually win one.

They were. Although that was a great shot to tie it.

Pretty fortunate for being 18th in the league... it's a bit strange that the non qualifiers agreed to the 12% chance across the board.

Wings picking 4th after they were going to challenge the Avalanche for most losses in recent memory.... granted, that's when Makar was selected 4th overall.
