Space Exploration megathread
Since a number of cool things are happening in space exploration these days, we'll widen the scope of this thread a smidge. Conversation about all things space exploration are welcome, whether it be from NASA, SpaceX, ULA, Blue Origin, or anyone else. Chances are most of the discussion will still be about SpaceX since they love to make things public and fun, but nothing's off limits. I'll eventually get around to modifying the OP to include resources for other companies too, but in the meantime, feel free to post any cool stuff you run across.

Starship Flight Test 3 is likely within the next 3 weeks.



Ship 28 and Booster 10 were fully stacked on Super Bowl Sunday, then de-stacked and re-stacked yesterday.




Looking good this morning during a quick visit to Boca Chica Beach and the Starship launchpad. 📸 🏝️🚀

In case anyone's curious, the NOVA-C moon lander is attempting to land on the moon here in about 15 minutes. It's just a robot, but the U.S. hasn't landed anything on the moon in decades, so still cool.

They're have a signal but they're working some things out. It could take another 30 minutes to work things out.
